1. Purpose of the Program

The Nexus by DSR Pilot is a limited-time educational opportunity to preview and test the Nexus coaching program. It is intended for personal and professional growth, not for redistribution, resale, or misuse.

2. Pilot Program Structure

The program is offered in good faith with limited seats. The structure, curriculum, bonuses, and timeline may be adjusted as needed. Participants will be informed of any major changes.

3. No Guarantees

Participation does not guarantee SAFe certification or career placement. We provide tools, coaching, and guidance—but your effort is the driver.

4. Respectful Participation

We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the spirit of the program. This includes spamming, recording sessions without permission, or breaching confidentiality.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, slides, and session content are the property of Dead Sprint Radio and may not be shared, duplicated, or used outside the cohort without written permission. Be cool—don’t steal.

6. Limited Refunds

Pilot seats are heavily discounted and limited. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Questions? Hit us up before registering.

7. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this site or participation in the pilot implies acceptance of any changes.
